Your First Visit
What Does a Visit Look Like?
We start with you—not a modality.
Your first visit begins with a conversation about stress, recovery, daily patterns, and what you have been experiencing. From there, we determine whether one of our coherence and regulation programs may be appropriate.
How the First Visit Unfolds
Conversation
We begin with a structured conversation covering stress load, sleep patterns, recovery capacity, energy stability, and what you have been experiencing.
Pattern Review
Based on the conversation, we review patterns across several areas related to regulation and recovery.
Program Fit
We determine whether a coherence-based program is appropriate and, if so, which program may best match your current needs and goals.
First Session
If appropriate, the first session begins. You leave with a clear understanding of what was observed and what the next steps look like.
What Sessions May Include
Depending on the program, sessions may incorporate a combination of the following approaches.
Coherence-Based Reiki
Applied as a regulation-focused method—not belief-dependent. The aim is to support the body's capacity to stabilize and recover.
PEMF
Pulsed electromagnetic field exposure using pico-tesla range systems, used as a complementary wellness approach within the broader regulation-focused program.
Frequency-Based Wellness Approaches
Biofeedback-informed Rife sessions oriented toward pattern recognition and regulatory support.
Education
Understanding your regulatory patterns is part of the process. We explain what we observe and why it matters.
Between-Visit Practices
Simple, structured practices you can use between visits to support consistency and reinforce the work done in session.
The Goal
"The goal is not to chase individual symptoms. The goal is to support more consistent patterns of regulation and recovery."
This is not a quick-fix model. It is a structured, progressive approach intended to support greater stability in the patterns involved in how you feel, recover, and function.
Start with a Conversation
The first step is a free 15-minute consultation. No commitment required—just a brief conversation to determine whether this approach is a fit.
