The Coherence Reset is the recommended starting point for most new clients—especially those noticing early signs of imbalance. The Regulation Intensive is better suited for individuals with more persistent patterns of fatigue or stress accumulation. The Biofield Program is designed for those who have completed foundational work and want deeper, system-wide support. A free 15-minute consultation helps determine the best fit.

How long is each session?

Session length depends on the program. Coherence Reset sessions are 45 minutes. Regulation Intensive sessions are 60 minutes. Biofield & Frequency Alignment sessions are 45–60 minutes. The initial intake consultation is 15 minutes and is included at no charge.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Accepted Answer

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged in full. Program packages are non-refundable once sessions have begun, but unused sessions may be applied toward a future program within 90 days. No-shows without notice are charged in full.
