Welcome to Reiki-Rife Energy Work ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using this website, booking a session, or receiving services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or our services.
1. Nature of Services
All services offered by Reiki-Rife Energy Work are non-medical, complementary wellness services intended to support relaxation, stress reduction, and general wellbeing. Our services do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition; are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or mental health care; and do not provide medical advice. Clients are responsible for consulting with licensed healthcare professionals regarding any medical or mental health concerns.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to book or receive services, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with written consent. By booking a session, you represent that you are legally able to consent to these services.
3. Appointments & Booking
All sessions are scheduled by appointment unless otherwise stated. Online booking may require prepayment or a valid payment method on file. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and booking information. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.
4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice incurs a $25 fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged in full. No-shows without notice are charged in full. Program packages are non-refundable once sessions have begun; unused sessions may be applied toward a future program within 90 days. 5. Payments & Fees
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of booking or at the time of service, as specified. We accept approved payment methods as listed on the booking page. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.
6. Client Responsibility & Conduct
Clients agree to: arrive on time for appointments, follow practitioner instructions and safety guidelines, treat staff and other clients with respect, and disclose any relevant health concerns that may affect participation. We reserve the right to terminate a session immediately if a client engages in inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behavior.
7. Voluntary Participation & Consent
All services are voluntary. You may stop or modify a session at any time. By receiving services, you acknowledge that individual experiences vary, no specific results are promised or guaranteed, and you participate at your own discretion and responsibility.
8. Health & Safety
Our services are not intended for medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have any medical condition, are pregnant, or have concerns about participating in a wellness session, you should consult a licensed healthcare professional before booking. In the event of a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reiki-Rife Energy Work shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or services. You agree to release and hold harmless Reiki-Rife Energy Work, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims arising from your participation in services.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Reiki-Rife Energy Work and may not be reproduced without written permission.
